RESPL Store items and a few Seller items can be replaced at no extra cost through our Online Returns Centre provided the following conditions are met.

Which items are eligible for a Free Replacement?

RESPL Store items and a few Seller items are eligible for free replacements. If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned item will be issued.

What are the conditions for Free Replacement?

Items within the return window and in stock (the exact same item) with the same seller are eligible for a free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • Item received is physically damaged;
  • Item received has missing parts or accessories;
  • Item received is different from the description on the product detail page on theroyalemblem.com; or
  • Item received is defective/does not work properly.

Note:

  • A free replacement cannot be created for an item that was returned and replaced once earlier.
  • If the item has missing parts or accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the item packaging or in the paperwork included with the item.
  • If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.
  • A replacement can only be created if the product is available with the same seller. In case, the product is not available with the same seller, please “Contact Seller” from “Your Orders” to request a refund.

Frequently asked questions about returns and replacements

What can I return?

You may request returns for most items you buy from the sellers listed on theroyalemblem.com. However, you can only return items explicitly identified as “returnable” on the product detail page and/or our policy and within the ‘return window’ period. Please refer to the theroyalemblem.com Returns policy. To know which categories are “non-returnable” and the specific return windows for categories eligible for return.

Items are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is –

  • Physically damaged
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Defective
  • Different from its description on the product detail page on Theroyalemblem.com
  • You no longer want the item (return applicable only for eligible items)
 

How to return items?

  1. Go to Your Orders.(Ensure you have signed in before)
  2. Choose an item that you want to return or replace.
  3. Select a reason from the menu and continue.

For seller items orders, you need to contact the seller to initiate returns. To do so –

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Choose an item that you want to return or replace.
  3. Select Contact seller. You will be directed to the Seller Messaging Assistant.
  4. Select the appropriate option and start the conversation.

Go to Your Orders to initiate a return.

Note: The above process is applicable only if the product is returnable and the return window is still active.

If you need to contact the seller, this must be done in line with our return policy mentioned in theroyalemblem.com Returns Policy. If a seller fails to address your query in three business days, the RESPL Guarantee is available to you.

 

What are the return guidelines?

Following are the return guidelines:

  1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
  2. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
  3. Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with theroyalemblem.com Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or Paper Cheque.

  2. Select Return/Refund status

Can my order be replaced?

Only RESPL Store items and a few Seller items can be replaced.

If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged/ defective condition or is different from the description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement as long as the exact item is available with the same seller.

 

I want the replacement to a different address.

If you’d like to get the replacement item to a different address, we recommend that you return the item for a refund and place a new order to the updated address.
